| Ehhhh...Masterplan's OK I guess. Nothing mindblowing but good enough to make me want to check out album #2 (out Jan. '05 I believe). I expected something a little more Helloweenish due to Uli and Roland's involvement with Masterplan but it's got more "prog" to it than I figured. Jorn Lande's vocals are excellent!

| Brilliant album. Not traditional power metal. Bit different, in a good way. 5 absolutely brilliant songs (Spirit Never Die, Enlighten Me (personal fav), Crystal Night, Soulburn and Bleeding Eyes). Too bad this album set the expectations too high, while i waited for their next release, Aeronautics. And alas it didn't live up to my huge expectations. It was ok, but no where near this masterpiece right here.

| Please ignore the above comment for whilst the debut is excellent, Aeronautics surpasses this release in every sense. The last two tracks on Aeronautics, namely 'Falling Sparrow' and 'Black in the Burn' are two of the best melodic metal tracks you will ever hear. Lande is God - no-one even touches him in vocal depth and range.
