this cd came out in 1990, so how can it be NU metal?? anyway, this album is cool and has a guestappearance in the person of david roach of junkyard. the first two songs are classic nitrodoll1974@hotmail.com

This band fuckin rocks even tho i never really new them while they were still together cause they broke up when i was like 5 and I am Hannah jensen Mike jensen's daughter (Mike is lead guitar) any ways he is doing his own thing now .. check out michealfordays.com .. and if you want any more info on this band i have it all (chcheergirl02@aol.com) thanks

pretty good debut for MIND OVER FOUR with a rather complicated proggressive sound and approach !imagine a more alternative & proggy PRONG and you might get an idea!fine musicianship and lots of electricity,still the songs should be a bit more clear!good stuff
