| This album is an absolute classic! No fillers here...So damn hard hitting when the boys deliver the goods...Timeless classic that can't be described in words...

| Have to admit I have a lot of Judas Priest tapes. Not many CDs but a lot of the cover CDs with all the latest metal bands singing Priest tunes. Hell Bent & Green Manalishi are 2 awesome songs tho!

| I rank this as the 4rd best Priest album of the 70's. That's not to say it's bad. Far from it. Highlights: "Deliverin' the Goods", "Take on the World" and of course "Hell Bent, Hell Bent for Leather"...

| They turn a little more commercial here than the past, with songs such as "Evening Star" and "Take On The World". But this contains probably two of the bands best songs ever in "Delivering The Goods" and "Hell Bent For Leather". 9/10

| Another classic by the Priest! I love almost all the album. But, Evening Star? That song sounded like a shit...not to say that's bad about the album, but I didn't like the Priest doing such a song like that...the rest is awesome.

| Probably Priest's SECOND best, AFTER "Stained Class" The highlights RULE: "Hell Bent..." "Green Manalishi" "Killing Machine" and "Running Wild" Interestingly, "Green Manalishi" is a...Fleetwood Mac COVER! That one and "Running Wild" are the 2 standouts

| Unlike its great predecessor Stained Class, which was full of dark, grim metal, this album is more (hard)rock and even poprock(before the dawn, evening star) in some places. It is more assessible which would pave the way for british steel and screaming for vengeance later on.Anyway, this album is still an influential metal classic, groundbreaking for the time...which has a strong influence on band like diamond head, iron maiden, saxon a year later.

In Europe,or at least in Spain,this album was titled "Killing Machine"..."Take on the World" is my fave track...some other fine moments are cuts such as 1,2,3,4,6 & 8...all classics!...85/100

| This is a killer release. I have the 24K Gold Disc release by Audio Fidelity in 2010. I must say it is the worst HDCD I have ever heard. It really sounds bad for some reason. Other than that this is a great album.

| very good release once again for JUDAS PRIEST with a big variety of songs that keep the interest high but somehow doesnt make it a s solid as it could be!of course we re talking about the pioneers of heavy metal and you can find some classics like "hell bent for leather","delivering the goods"!all the JUDAS PRIEST albums are essential
