| Excellent progression from the radio-friendly "Better Than Raw". This CD has speed,crunch and progression. The 2 best tracks are "The Departed" and "The Dark Ride". Excellent power from Germany's masters.

| a total power punch in ya face!!!!! the best since masters of the rings. I love this cd, the raw angry and powerful guitar. Never heard Helloween like this but I love it and it deserves a 10000000000!!!!!!! We damn the nite is should be one of their latest masterpieces since Eagle fly free.

My version has 2 CD's in a limited edition slipcase box + a CD single "If I Could Fly " as an added bonus!!!Shhhweeeeet!!! I payed 10 bucks for it!!!

| Fantastic album! If you like great hooks in songs you can't beat "Mr. Torture", "If I could fly", "I live for your pain" and "immortal". The worst song is "Salvation" but even its pretty good. If your into Iced Earth, Iron maiden or Jag Panzer you may like this CD. Well worth the money.

| Correction, fog-hat, "Salvation" is probably the best track on the album, and the 1 song I would recommend for download to anyone considering buying this album.

| I picked this one with the + added IF I COULD FLY single. Man, I ended up winning! The cd have a dark feeling (the title is DARK RIDE, duh!) I enjoy all the songs specially MR. TORTURE, IF I COULD FLY, SALVATION, I LIVE FOR YOUR PAIN, IMMORTAL, and (of course) the title track DARK RIDE. + the single includes another song titled DELIVER US FROM TEMPTATION, which is freaking fast! The way I like music to be! If you don't have this, pick this one up! Trust me!

| A catchy album for sure!!!..."If I Could Fly" was the hit single of it...some other good moments are tracks 2,4,5,7,10 & 12...enjoyable stuff in here,some kind of happy metal music...90/100
