| alguien ha dicho por ahi que manowar son la mejor banda de power metal, MENTIRA!!!! todos sabemos que la mejor es stratovarius, y que manowar tiene escasas cualidades musicales, ritmos repetitivos, mucho ruido y pocas nueces. aunque The King me gusta mucho y el disco en general esta muy bien. KINGS OF METAL!!!! ese titulo deberia ser de iron maiden...

| No se trata de cualidades musicales, se trata de sentimiento y pasion por el Metal...ademas estas muy mal si piensas que son malos musicos, Eric su voz una de las mejores, los mejores gritos jamas antes escuchados, Joey en su bajo el mejor, el mas rapido y animal de todos, el unico que se le compara es Steve Harris, la guitarra y la bateria son supremos..todo como una maquina...una maquina para hacer Metal...LONG LIVE THE KINGS OF METAL!!! | pero si sean buenas o no las cualidades, lo que yo digo es q adonde vas cn una guitarra, un bajo y una bateria, no os parecen pokos instrumentos? los ritmos que hacen son muy sosos y repetitivos. sera q a mi me gusta mas el power metal...

| Tu mismo has dado la razon, adonde va un grupo como Iron Maiden, con cuatro instrumentos? va directo a hacer el mejor metal de todos los tiempos, al igual que Manowar,no se necesita de una sinfonica para hacer algo bueno y bien hecho, es simplemente cuestion de composicion y musicos, Eso es manowar, puro sudor, pasion y fuerza, y nadie niega que Strato sea una excelente pero acaso no te suena a Yngwie?, Manowar suena a Manowar..simplemente huele y sabe a Manowar, es cuestion de Gustos....

| Not the biggest Manowar fan but I must admit, Eric Adams is thee best vocalist out there! How he can sing like that, only god knows. I just hope he can write better lyrics though and not the same repetitive stuff for the last 100 albums! In any case, MANOWAR KILLS!

| This was kind of the 'invisible' Manowar album at least in the US (i.e. it was released when Metal was all but dead and didn't get any label support whatsoever) but this is another kick ass quality Manowar CD. 'The Gods Made Heavy Metal' ranks with their best ever tunes. Hail and Kill dammit!

| estos un tambor , una guitarra con 2 cuerdas y un bajo con 1 sola cuerda les llaman los dioses del metal, para mi gusto una poqueria de grupo, solo se salva alguna cancion del kings of metal, por que instrumentalmente son malisimos, una pena que la gente no tenga los oidos mas abiertos a el hard rock y el a.o.r

| i fucking love this album! how cool is it man? it was 1996 and the world was depressed having to listen to pricks who were depressed and looked like garbage collectors (grunge) metallica were going silly with their load crap and some old bands were embarasing themselves by getting on the band wagon but at least we had ac/dc and manowar staying true love return of the warlord,brothers of metal, the gods made heavy metal,courage,number1 and king thank god we have bands like this who stay true fighting the indeed
