From: tailgunner Date: February 11, 2003 at 17:50

From: Wingedslayer Date: March 29, 2003 at 16:55
LONG LIVE THE KINGS OF METAL!!! HAIL AND KILL!!!

From: Motley Date: April 5, 2003 at 21:26
manowar??? more addictive than pussy and a good joint....Nuff said...

From: tailgunner Date: April 11, 2003 at 13:58

From: Wingedsalyer Date: June 14, 2003 at 22:54

From: chid Date: June 25, 2003 at 17:43
I don't know what Wingedslayer said but he/she mentioned Steve Harris and unico so that's good enough for me. Number one should become the official anthem for the Olympics.

From: monsieur patate Date: August 1, 2003 at 12:24

From: Azazel Date: September 1, 2003 at 19:57
Not the biggest Manowar fan but I must admit, Eric Adams is thee best vocalist out there! How he can sing like that, only god knows. I just hope he can write better lyrics though and not the same repetitive stuff for the last 100 albums! In any case, MANOWAR KILLS!

From: METAL FAN 1 Date: September 19, 2003 at 21:24
I think that Motley's post on April 5,2003 is RIGHT ON!!!! I also think that goes for ALL Manowar albums!!!

From: Ragnar Date: October 13, 2003 at 5:32

From: Fat Freddy Date: December 17, 2003 at 15:39
This was kind of the 'invisible' Manowar album at least in the US (i.e. it was released when Metal was all but dead and didn't get any label support whatsoever) but this is another kick ass quality Manowar CD. 'The Gods Made Heavy Metal' ranks with their best ever tunes. Hail and Kill dammit!

From: Evil_Peter Date: December 27, 2003 at 18:40
Manowar is worst metal band ever and 'Return of the Warlord' is worst metal ever.

From: meradona Date: May 6, 2004 at 13:58

From: Zejel Comp Date: August 5, 2004 at 16:57

Wimp and Poser (Assontas) leave the hall!!........Stipes on a tiger don't fade away, MANOWAR's made of STEEL not clay!....Born of Black Wind, Fire and Steel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From: meradona Date: August 18, 2005 at 9:19

From: pie75 Date: September 7, 2010 at 7:41
i fucking love this album! how cool is it man? it was 1996 and the world was depressed having to listen to pricks who were depressed and looked like garbage collectors (grunge) metallica were going silly with their load crap and some old bands were embarasing themselves by getting on the band wagon but at least we had ac/dc and manowar staying true love return of the warlord, brothers of metal, the gods made heavy metal,courage,number1 and king thank god we have bands like this who stay true fighting the indeed
