diamonddave has ABSOLUTELY right.this album was in 1989 the most extreme death metal album with world downfall of terrorizer and they gave death metal their own style so difficult for other bands to follow and when they do it they weren't do it good.MORBID ARE GODS THEIR STYLE IS TOO FUCKING GOOD! Genre defining album. When I first heard it I couldn't get into it straight away. It took 2-3 listens before I fully understood it. Now it's one of my favourite albums ever. Along with their "God of Emptiness" E.P., this is definitely Morbid Angels best album.
