Brilliant death metal from the masters, Trey Azagthoths guitar work is on top form, Pete Sandoval puts out a great performance as ever, its just a shame their more recent work wasnt as good as this.

Possibly one of the best deathmetal albums, excellent drumming by Commando!

One again, first time I heard this album I hated it. After a few months I returned to this album and I now enjoy it much more than 'Blessed are the sick'. Rock solid writing (musically and lyrically) on this outing. A definate must have for any death metal fan.

Wonderful death metal album... like an art-work. Specially, Mr. Azaghtoth's guitar work is definately superb. great atmospheric dark songs n tuff instrumentation is the best part on this album. Great performance!

This one helped the band to break through the media one way or another as the video "God Of Emptiness" got some TV rotation(i mean at Headbanger's Ball 4 example)...tracks 1,7 & 8 are also killer ones along with "God..."...88/100
