Death Metal in its most unpolarised form. True dark elucidatory art. People into death metal know this band for ages. Their on the progenitors of the genre, and still innovators to the scene with each album released. Essential audio material for the true Spirits of Death!

Its a good album. But not my Death Metal Band number 1. Its everytime the same.

Not a bad album this time out for Morbid Angel. Unfortunately, it also lacks alot of what made this band great to begin with (meaty hooks, killer vocals, etc). Recommended for die hard Morbid Angel fans or someone with some extra cash.

I think "Gateways" is one of Morbid Angels best albums to date. The best track on this album is #7 Opening Of The Gates.I would recomend this album to anyone who loves Metal.

Original sounding for sure, style and grace, i would have prefered more thrasy grooves but this will do and i got no complaints
