If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Brutal Metal forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Anvil CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Brutal Metal as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Anvil are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Anvil were 10 years ahead of their time. They were the trus purveyors of what would become speed metal. This live album should be the BIBLE of aggressive music. All Kneel before the mighty Anvil.

ANVIL idiot! Not ADVIL! Anvil, you know the heavy piece of metal used for forging metal directly from the fires. C'mon man, get a clue. Anvil are classic and timeless heavy metal and have been together since the 70's.

Cult band but with bad luck recording this live album. The sound didn't help them shamely but that doesn't mean they don't deserve the position in metal they're now.Mr lips is practically an icon in metal at least in their native Canada(nobody mention their country of origin)and my recommendation is to listen to their previews albums, maybe you should have a different opinion afterward.
