if you ever dont listen a savatage song you never heard a great song. and rock opera album is a concept album jon oliva on piano and vocal. chris oliva on guitars some songs were only performed by these two guys. the sound of savatage doesnt resemble the others. my favourite,i musnt say that because if you are a savatage fan all songs are great but some songs are very important for me ...tonight he grins again, believe,if i go away

As close to perfect as a concept album can get. I want this CD buried with me when I die.

The one album which can bring masses to the depth and true motion that metal can make one feel. A descent into the very heart of our souls through the hero's. Jon Oliva is the most moving singer I have ever hear (except with Peter Hammil, though). The one Savatage album you must listen to (with Poets and Madmen).
