The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Brutal Metal as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Candlemass are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Another classic album with no comments ?--Candlemass' are the best "Doom Metal" band to ever come out.The vocals set them apart from Sab' and they deliver the f**king goods live' !

"Dark Reflections,"Under The Oak",etc. still sound mind-blowing to me some 15 years later. This one along with the previous 3-"Epicus","Nightfall" and "Ancient Dreams" remain unrivaled . ----

this is simply a true masterpiece, moving from slow doom riffs to a more fast-paced approached this albuns just kicks ass to many big names of metal scene at the time, here you have fast songs, melodic interludes, great production and the usual sabbath slow creepy style.every metal fan should have this album as a landmark, just listen to the instrumental Into the Unfathomed Tower...no words just amazing
