If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Brutal Metal forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Moonspell CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Brutal Metal as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Moonspell are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

One of the best Gothic metal bands in Europe and perhaps in the world are these portuguese guys of Moonspell IMHO...nowadays they have a venezuelan bass player named Aires Pereira(hell yeah!!!)...best tracks for me in here are "Opium","Raven Clows" & "Mephisto"...thumbs up for"Awake" & "A Poisoned Gift" as well...80/100

So Rick, is this their best album, or is it Butterfly Effect? I'm not familiar with this band at all, but those seem to be the two albums that most people like. What say you, sir?

Hi Doghouse Reilly!!!...i recommend you "Sin/Pecado"...that is a wondeful one if you like gothic bands with some Depeche Mode flavour in it..."Butterfly Effect" is also a good one...probably try these 2 my friend,"Sin/Pecado" & "Butterfly Effect"....cheers man!!!

Thankss, buddy, I'll check those two out. I'm not a huge fan of gothic metal, but I do like to explore different moods and textures in music. There's just so much variety within "heavy metal" and "hard rock," you gotta sample it all.
