Damn good album. I'd always heard lots of good things about Rage, but never got any of their CDs 'cos they weren't available in the USA. I just got this and 1998's THIRTEEN and they're pretty killer. Peavy's voice takes a little getting used to (he sounds rather hoarse, like the guy in Iron Savior) but the music is top notch. And they've just re-issued a whole bunch of their older albums with bonus tracks attached, so it looks like I have a new band to start collecting!

Right on brother, Rage is amazing, one of the many truly good bands to come out of Germany, and the stuff is purely addicting. Never got the shake they deserved. Unity is one of the best of 2002.

one more good release for RAGE ,always capable of writing down fine power heavy metal music in their own way!Peavey is the mastermind with his unique way of singing keeping the trademark RAGE sound through the decades!"insanity","all i want" and "dies irae" are the highlights
