hell awaits shows a real heavy performance of the band,of course with speed parts. a good work into thrash style.

I'm not the biggest fan of early Slayer, but you could tell they were going to make it big. The title track is a classic. The production on this album is pretty poor though. 8/10

At Dawn they sleep....Praise of Death,Slayer have always upped the ante each time,but this was so brutal when it came out(sounds better on vinyl)....9/10

Pues aquí los gustos difieren en cuanto a mí. Soy respetuoso y entiendo que para muchos este es su album favorito de Slayer o uno de sus favoritos. Para mí es su obra que menos me gusta. La producción no me convence del todo para empezar. Ademas que el mejor tema es "Hell Awaits" de lejos y los demas bajan considerablemente con respecto a este temazo. Buen disco. 8/10
