The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Slayer CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Brutal Metal as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Slayer are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

One of my favorite CD's. Also in my opinion, Slayer's best album.

From: evilmario Date: December 16, 2002 at 3:31
i got this cd expecting some great shit...but his voice (in this album atleast) is plain and just boring. good guitars though. but not enough in my opionion...

Not bad for a debut, but not really comparable to their later masterpieces. The songs do rock, but these are probably their worst lyrics of their career. 7/10

Great Debut from Slayer!!! 'Black Magic' is the Standout, but all of Slayer's songs are great!! Great training music for the Gym and also practicing on the guitar. SDMF's Peace!!! REBEL in BLACK!!!

I got this tape about a year and a half ago. Needless to say, it kicked ass. But then my dog ate it. That sucked.

A New Age Of Trash Metal!!!!!!!!!!

From: Mike Date: May 10, 2005 at 11:14
greatest Thrash metal band and also a great thrash metal debut. Best song on this record is MetalStorm\Face the Slayer. SLAYER RULES!!!!!

From: Supernaut Date: June 8, 2005 at 15:45
I'm sorry I can't get into Slayer....I really want to, they just hold no appeal...I love Megadeth, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Blind Guardian, and Evergrey, to name a few, but this band just can't fit into my musical spectrum...I will probably try to purchase Reign in Blood and give it a few good listens, I'll tell you what I think, later.

From: ezoangelofdeath Date: January 13, 2007 at 5:52
Evil has No boundaries, signifies the entire realm of what thrash was!

Desempolvando mi baul me encuentro con el K-Sett original de la CBS Discos del Peru de el The Best Of Metal Blade Varios Artistas Vol 1 Coleccion Metalica de 1987 donde esta el "Black Magic" de Slayer asi como temas de Lizzy Borden(Notorious) Fates Warning(Prelude To Ruin) Sodom(Deathlike Silence) Detente(Holy War, Dogs Of War), Destruction(Eternal Ban) Hirax(Criminal Punishment) Omen(Teeth Of The Hydra) y Hallow´s Eve(Lethal Tendencies). Ahh que tiempos aquellos.. THRASH RULES!!!

From: juan carlos Date: January 12, 2013 at 13:11
Y donde estan los comentarios de los que dicen ser amantes del Thrash o de la música en general. Quiero opiniones de este discazo. Quiero ver si realmente saben de este estilo tan grande como es el THRASH.

I own this version of this debut with the 3 b/t's included...probably this record is the one i have enjoyed the most...killer cuts are tracks 1,2,3,6 & 7 and about the bonus tracks give me "Chemical Warfare" anytime and the others as well...recommended...88/100
