I doubt that GWAR's band names will ever be household names, as it should be in the world according to GWAR but if your intrigued by sex, violence and gore and you like your headbanging with equal parts twisted humor, hellacious theatrics and controversy, GWAR's gobs of gore and other deranged delights are the stuff of your favorite nightmares!!! 'Maggots' is a onslaught of razor sharp ear piercing explosions, total mosh pit mayhem one could only declar universal GWAR-FARE!!!

| GWAR is definately not Death Metal, but, that aside. This album is actually quite good. It's rather funny at several points. It's obvious these guys don't take themselves seriously and neither should the listener. The music is a bit rough around the edges and could have used more work to refine the sound. That said, this is a good CD worth the listen, although it is definately not for everyone.

| Bite me EDEN-F! GWAR has the most awesome stage show of pretty much any band you would like to see! So what if you cant think of there genre...they are a goof troop and good to listen to when you want to take the edge off of the world...

| This album rules, fuk you EDEN-F.... GWAR are a kick as band... at least they have a sense of humour, unlike most, all the GWAR albums are amazing
