Agreed! I just posted my review on the reviews page, and this is probably the most unexpected gem since Falconer's debut last year. Both are absolute must-have for power metal fans!

I coulnt agree more, there should be knwn more, no1 els i know even know this band, and they claim there know evry band and they love metal the most, how could that be when dont know who dream eavil, The same said for hammerfall, im glad i see some people who can appecialt real music, other than those pops startz, f*** show offs, they think there the best, but can they sing or play any instuments like Dream Evil, They can play gutars and crap as good as Cradle of Filth, a good band. and Not that

don't like it. is evil. you must hear some real music.

From: Rycheage Date: June 19, 2003 at 21:14
Dragonslayer, a concept album, moves along at quick pace -- in fact, no sooner do you press play (or slip it into your self-starting car audio system) that you get screaming guitars and bashing drums bursting forth from the speakers. While Iron Maiden-like loaping rhythms are felt throughout, the band bring in a little bit of a Judas Priest influence with "Heavy Metal In The Night," though perhaps calling it an Iron Priest like track might be a little more accurate.

Gus G. is a Guitar God! Nicklas's vocals are amoung the finest in genre. This disc has pure balls on it. Fans of HEAVY METAL will love this disc. Check out their most recent "The Book of HEavy Metal".

I am from the USA and i think that power metal is beauty, art, and good talent. I hope that all black metal fans see this because CRADLE fucking sucks...

From: Pyraga Date: May 26, 2004 at 1:49
By far the best band that no ones ever heard of!

From: Sammy Date: August 16, 2004 at 14:51
A bit dated in their sound. And the lyrical content is silly - dragons, etc. D&D fans would love the lyrics. I give it a 6 out of 10 mainly because of the musical talent on display.

From: Fog-hat Date: October 14, 2004 at 8:45
Just another power metal band that thinks it can take the crown from Hammerfall. Decent songs, great music, Fantastic Guitars,THE BEST EUROPEAN POWER METAL ALBUM I'VE HEARD IN A LONG TIME! CRAP, THEY DID TAKE THE CROWN!!!

From: Metalhead66 Date: November 5, 2004 at 11:07
This is their best one. Gus.G is a Really good guitar Player. The Drummer is the hidden gem,as he also plays the guitar and writes alot of the songs...8/10

From: ninjapeter Date: September 29, 2005 at 3:12
This is an absolutely fabulous band. This band has such depth and fullness to them. I liked them so much I went out and bought all their albums, two are not listed on this site called "Evilized" and "The Book Of Heavy Metal. All three albums are just as good as the next. I rate them all 9/10. If you like the bands Stratovarius, Gamma Ray, Angel Dust and Primal Fear I recommend completely.

From: figgy Date: January 7, 2007 at 12:37
Godly talent to die for here.Awesome stuff here. They have 3 other cds as well"The Book of Heavy Metal","Evilised" and The brand new one out called " Unity". Melodic enough to sing along but hard enough to make you want to head bang til your head falls off.Songs are well written and put together.Title of band makes me think of Dio though.

A good debut!!!...some guy called Gus G played here ...tracks #2,5,8 & 10 are excellent cuts of typical european Power Metal style.85/100
