If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above,
either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits,
live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the
Brutal Metal forum/message board.
The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you
notice that a particular Mastodon CD release or compilation is missing
from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page.
The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Brutal Metal
as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live
compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official
CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.
EPs and CD-singles from Mastodon are also welcome to be added, as
long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

man! this cd kicks all ass!its somewhere between black sabbath, death metal, and hardcore. all the songs are great, and very different than most of the stuff out there.i really didnt know what to expect when i found this, but since its on relapse records, i bought it.......and i wasnt sorry by any means. i will say no more about this cd, just go get it and love it! these guys are a really talented band. id also reccommend a band by the name of high on fire, for anyone thinking they want this one

Not quite as good as 'Leviathan' but still a great album. This album requires a few listins to get into whereas Leviathan gets you hooked from the first song.

really awesome because it is mastodon after all- however- it is kinda sloppy when compared with their new release- the groundbreaking leviathan album-buy both

When i first heard this album i was like 'Leviathan is so much better(i bought leviathan first)!' but now, the album has really grown on me!! The first 4 tracks are absolutly killer, and the rest of the album is preety darn awesome too! If ur a mastodon fan and havent got this, give it a go, its worth it!
