No Brandon, only "Land of the brave" is in the metalized mood. The rest is very doomy stuff not very enjoyable.

Shoemaker I didn't find anything really doomy on the disc. Everything is leaning more towards a pop metal sound while it still retains many of the screams and heavy riffs that metalized was known for.

According to BW&BK sources, legendary Canuck power metallers SWORD are planning a 20th anniversary tour and may even record a new album - the only thing holding up the album is a record deal. The original lineup of Sword featured singer Rick Hughes, guitarist Mike Plant, bassist Mike Larock and drummer Dan Hughes. The band released the classic Metallized in 1986 and followup, Sweet Dreams, in 1987.

excellent release for SWORD back in 88 that offered a solid heavy /hard sound with great riffs ,much power and strong vocal work !the musicianship is very good and the songs are dynamite but should have better choruses and maybe a slightly more commercial approach!"the trouble is","caught in the act" and "land of the brave " are the highlights!got that vinyl back in the day and still loving it
