The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you
notice that a particular Fu Manchu CD release or compilation is missing
from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page.
The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Brutal Metal
as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live
compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official

EPs and CD-singles from Fu Manchu are also welcome to be added, as
long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

The tight, catchy songwriting from King Of The Road continues, along with an even further rolling-back of the trippier aspects of the Fu Manchu sound. Some called it a sellout, an attempt to achieve commercial success--I dunno. It still sounds like Fu Manchu, with those lazy Ace Frehley-style vocals and simple infectious riffs. The productio is just cleaner, not sounding like the music's been left in a hot car to melt all afternoon. Highlights are "Separate Kingdom," "Mongoose," "Thinkin' Out loud," "Bultaco"--really everything, but the whole doesn't give me the same buzz King Of The Road did.
