From: WhiteLion Date: September 20, 2001 at 11:08
Better then average but not among my top 10 list. Best song is 'Picturing the Past'! Recommended.

It´s magic

From: Horia Date: February 17, 2002 at 13:22
I saw Sonata Arctica live. They sounded better than Rhapsody. Their music is fresh and imaginative. I would say that they are very promising

From: Geralt Date: February 28, 2002 at 16:19
Ecliptica is excellent! Some say Sonata Arctica is a Stratovarius clone but don't believe them, it's so much better that it gets beyond comparison. However, their latest effort - Silence - isn't so impressive.

Really amased by this.they are so young and still kick ass. Great cd especially the opener:O)

From: 9 CHAMPIONS A 1 Date: July 7, 2002 at 10:09

From: doða özcan Date: July 17, 2002 at 16:28
ecliptica is not very complex struct but had a very great originality. tony kakko sing and playing keyboard. anyway made all the songs. silence(2nd album) is very complex than ecliptica because they were joined 2nd keyboards.

From: Bazz Date: July 23, 2002 at 17:19
Why is this the only album here? Knowing that Silence is quite good... I'd say better than Silence, and Successor is quite good too... not to mention Last Drop Falls

From: SrFloppy5 Date: December 10, 2002 at 0:58
) champions vas muy de guays... Medio tiempo my land? Pa ti que es caña. Mínimo Pantera, no? joder.

From: Mr. Fuzzles Date: February 18, 2003 at 22:02
meh, ive recently got into this group... ive got almost all of their songs.. there isnt a song they havent done that i havent liked.. they are good... different from the other powermetal i have. my favorite songs that they did would have to be Wolf and Raven, Sing in Silence, and Replica... there are more cd's that should be added here btw..

From: Luis Miguel Date: April 10, 2003 at 2:36

From: STROWHERKING Date: April 10, 2003 at 16:57

From: Date: April 15, 2003 at 17:09

From: Johan Date: August 26, 2003 at 7:48
Their best album so far! Full Moon is a true masterpiece, Blank File and My Land also stand out. No fillers on this album, just genuine quality shit!! Buy or Die!

From: Date: October 14, 2003 at 5:57
Great bad, great album. Unbelievable drummer, keyboards but oddly enough, I wasn't one bit impressed by the guitar work. Not heavy or aggressive enough. Nonetheless, great band. Sing in Silence, from their new album is definitely of their best songs. But I'd take Stratovarius over them anyday!

From: guitargod87 Date: November 18, 2003 at 0:45
Simply incredible. This band has some of the best musicians ive ever heard, and every song is full of emotion and lightning fast riffs. Even their slower songs are great, some even better than the fast ones. Best songs: Kingdom for a Heart, Full Moon, and Destruction Preventer (INCREDIBLE)

From: Wolf&Raven Date: June 14, 2004 at 0:46
very good album is for most everyone a very promising band...for me, i think they need mutch more to put them near Strato...they made a exelent start in the metal scene that's for sure!

From: powerhard Date: December 22, 2004 at 4:25

From: Aragorn Date: December 22, 2004 at 8:54
Sonata Arctica is amazing!! some of the best power metal i have ever heard. i love the guitar/keyboard solo in "Blank File." it reminds me of medieval guys swordfighting. sweet!!! great album. if u like this one, you should check out Silence because it is really good as well. I love music with medieval themes, and these guys definatly fit that descrioption. Bottom line, SONATA ARCTICA RULES!!!!

From: Been Date: May 3, 2005 at 16:39
This album is amazing, but both Winterhearts Guild and Rekoning Night are even better. They should really be on this website.... But anywho, these guys have a sound and vocally; Toni you are are a very blessed man to have such a voice!

ESTA MAS O MENOS ESTE DISCO DE SONATA, BUENAS ROLAS LAS DE TIEMPOS NORMALES, ESTE GRUPO LA VERDAD SOLO ARROJA 2 0 3 TOLAS BUENAS POR DISCO, A MI EN LO PERSONAL ME GUSTA MAS EL HEAVY QUE EL POWER, LE HALLO MAS SENTIDO, PERO LO QUE SI ME HARTA DE LOS GRUPOS POWER Y EN ESPECIAL DE ESTE ES

From: POWEREAL Date: June 13, 2005 at 13:14
QUE SE LA JUEGAN DE MUY RAPIDOS Y PODEROSOS, Y NI SIQUIERA TOCAN EL DOBLE BOMBO, LO PROGRAMAN, HASTA UN BATERISTA PRINCIPANTE COMO YO LO HA TOCADO, OTRA COSA QUE LA VERDAD ESTE GENERO SE DEBERIA DE LLAMAR SPEED METAL(QUE ES SU CARACTERISTICA PRINCIPAL LA VELOCIDAD), Y PIERDEN LO BUENO DE LA MUSICA QUE ES LA MELODIA, SONATA ASI COMO TIENE EXCELENTES BALADAS DE MEDIO TIEMPO Y ROLAS HEAVY(Y DIGO RITMO HEAVY),PARA MI TIENE SU MIERDERO COMO ES WOLF & RAVEN, QUE ASCO DE ROLA, LA VERDAD...

From: POWERREAL Date: June 13, 2005 at 13:20
CREO QUE HA ESTE DISCO LE DOY 6/10 ESTA MEDIO SARRA, SI QIUEREN ESCUCHAR BUEN POWER METAL / HEAVY METAL ESCUCHEN STRATOVARIUS, NIGHTWISH, WARMEN, YNGWIE J. MALMSTEEN( ESTE LES PEGA UNA PELA A TODOS LOS GUITARRISTAS POWER SIN SERLO) Y TODO LO QUE SE LE PAREZCA, Y EN ESPAÑOL RATA BLANCA, RED WINE, AVALANCH, MAGO ETC.... P.D. LOS GRUPOS DEMASIADO RAPIDOS AHOGAN LA MELODIA DE LA ROLA, CHEQUEN DATO NO SE VAYAN CON LA FINTA DE QUE ENTRE MAS RAPIDO TOQUEN MEJORES MUSICOS SON....

From: rick kerch vzla Date: August 29, 2018 at 22:15
