I bought this CD hoping that I would like it. Well I am pretty disappointed, I don't think that is all that great. I do kind of like the special DVD I got with it though.

This has to be the worst singer in the history of music!!! I couldn't be more truthful about that! Is he trying to sing out of tune all the time or what? I want to know how in the hell these guys got a record deal???? The bottom line is, this guy CAN'T SING!!!!! He might be a really nice guy, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to rip his vocal cords out! PLEASE tell me that they're going to brake up soon!

I would have to say this is Speed/Thrash. If you can even call this shit music at all. This has got to be the worst CD I'ver ever had to listen to. The entire thing is first song over and over again. AVOID THIS CD AT ALL COSTS!! There is only one decent song and that's Chop Suey. The rest suck beyond compare.

At least SOAD present music with intelligence. If there's an excuse for Nu-Metal to exist, its SOAD. Much better than Linkin Park and Drowning Pool and the rest of the poser 'metal' bands out there. BTW, Old schoolers, give these guy a chance, they are refreshingly good. Recommended Suite Pee and PLUCK from Self-Titled and Aerials Psycho from Toxicity.

Once again, we are presented with opinions, opinions and did I mention opinions. No fact, whatsoever. Personally, I'm kinda sick of reading all this crap bashers are posting - if you don't LIKE A BAND, DON'T POST ON THE PAGE, you're wasting your own and everyone else's time. And i'm sure half of the SOAD bashers are hypocrites, they just bash SOAD because it's the 'in' thing to bash any popular band (Slipknot, Korn, SOAD, stuff like that). -.-;

I just don't like them. I like heavy music, but it has to have some melody to it. I like the older bands, but there are some good new ones out too. This, however isn't one ( in my own opinion ) Some people like them, and that is fine. As they say, different strokes for different folks. But I really don't feel they have any harmony or melody in their music ( I'm no expert or not even a musician, but again, this is my opinion ) Sorry, I just don't like them at all!

It's people like all the teenagers who actually like this crap who are fucking metal. SOAD fuked up our OZZFEST. SLayer, BLS, Zombie and of course PantfukingterA used to rule the ozzfest. Saw SOaD at a show blew gigantic balls. so fake. probably dont even write their own lyrics or tunes. FUCK all that is trend and FUCK all Nu-Metal. Cliff Burton is turning in his grave.

SOAD are NOT nu-metal. God damn. They are a pretty good band. They are indeed a thrash band. Nu-metal is hard rock with the heaviness of metal but lacking the metal formula or metal with elements that contradict metal making it None(Nu in latin) metal. It's metal because of the heaviness but has nothing else to do with metal. SOAD do NOT fit this description, they are a creative typical thrash band. Stop calling shit 'math metal' fucked up time signautes was already apprent with thrash. Thanks.

Not a big SOAD fan here, but I will refrain from bashing. This just simply my idea of 'fresh' or 'original'. This music does absolutely NOTHING for me, personally, and that's just my opinion. I do, however, think that this band is much better than such absolutely lame, banal, and jejune acts such as Slipsnot, Corn and Stinkin Park.

I like some of SOAD's music. not all of it, but some of it is excellent. Fans of SOAD, i have a suggestion. Have you ever heard of a band called Strapping Young Lad? Try listening to some of their music, if you like SOAD. they are truly the kings of Industrial metal.

System of a Down is easily one of the worst bands ever. How can you possibly get any musical value out of this garbage? There is absolutely nothing good about this band. My rating 0/10. Complete crap.

This band is not for everybody...as simple as that...mainly because of its diversity in sound..."Chop Suey!" & "Toxicity" were the 2 major hits in here and the ones that put the band on a spotlight...other really good moments are tracks 11,13 & 14...85/100
